    This is a genuine United States postage stamp commemorating the 150th anniversary of the surrender of Fort Sackville to George Rogers Clark, Scott #651. The stamp is notable for a vignette frame shift upward and to the right into the carmine border. The stamp is nicely centered with bright colors and crisp details and is in mint, previously lightly hinged condition.
