Solid wood dowels (I don't know the exact wood type but think them to be oak), each cut to 10 7/8 inch lengths . I have donated some of these to local schools for their music programs as rythym sticks. Kids love them. These are unpainted and you can prime and paint them any color. Lots of uses. They have been lightly sanded but the ends need a bit more sanding. Check my photo. I do know know exactly what wood these are. I think oak but maybe pine or a softer wood.
