Authentic Five Pound Silicon Bronze United States Navy Ship's Bell . We are now offering our Navy issue bells to the public. Our company; The E.J. Willis Co. Inc. of Middleville, New York is a premier supplier to The U.S. Navy of seven different size bells (three pound, five pound, ten pound , twenty pound, thirty pound, seventy-five pound and two-hundred pound. Our bells grace many of The United States Navy ships: The USS Jack Lucas, The USS John F Kennedy, The USS Carney, The USS New Mexico, The USS Jack Williams and scores of others. This offering is for the five pound bell . It measures eight inches across the bottom and comes complete with bell, arm-bracket, bolt, washer, clanger (or clapper), wall plate and acorn nut. A beautiful, resounding and sustained ring. The composition is government spec , copper silicon alloy, an alloy to resist salt air. Each bell is custom made and highly polished with "US" embossed. The first two photos are a good representation of the bell offered. The third photo is one of our five pounders at The U.S. Naval hospital in Guam. The fourth photo is our shop with a 200 pound bell.
