    1992 Chrome USA plate strip of five with spectacular color shift! Black color is shifted left so the black #1 of plate number is printed on top of the cyan #1, making the plate number appear to be A111 instead of A1111! Great strip!  MNH. Normal strip shown at bottom is included!
